Free listing · pay on confirmed bookings
Get exclusive matches. Pay only when they book.
No shared leads. No monthly fee. No SaaS dashboard. The concierge texts you a customer brief; you reply Y/N plus your earliest slot. You pay $5–15 only on a confirmed booking.
How matching works
We send you the customers you'd actually want.
→
Exclusive, not shared.
Every match is yours alone. You aren't one of five quotes racing to the customer's inbox.
→
Pre-screened to your specialty.
The concierge filters by vehicle, service, ZIP, and specialty before it reaches you. Pet-hair jobs go to pet-hair pros.
→
SMS in, SMS out.
No dashboard, no app. Customer brief by text; you reply Y/N + earliest slot. Done in 30 seconds.
Pricing
Free to list. $5–15 per confirmed booking.
During Phase 0, listing and matching are completely free while we build the network in each metro. As we add paid placement, the model stays the same: you only pay on a confirmed booking, never for a lead that goes nowhere.
Compare that to the alternatives: Yelp ads charge per click whether or not it converts. Thumbtack charges per shared lead. 99calls charges $99/month plus per-lead fees. We think you should pay for outcomes, not clicks.
For detailers FAQ
Detailer questions.
How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free. You pay $5–15 only when a customer you were matched with confirms a booking. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no charge for a quiet month.
How is this different from Thumbtack or 99calls?
Thumbtack auctions your lead to whoever bids fastest, and you compete against four other quotes. 99calls charges $99/month plus per-lead fees. We send you exclusive matches and only charge on confirmed bookings.
Do I need to install an app or log into a dashboard?
No. The concierge texts you a customer brief — vehicle, services, budget, timing. You reply Y/N plus your earliest slot. 30 seconds, all over SMS.
How do I get listed?
If your business appears in public directories, we may already have a screened profile for you. Email detailers@neardetailer.com to claim it, correct details, add photos, or tell us how you prefer to receive requests.
What's the quality bar?
We look for a clear detailing signal, a service area, a contact path, and enough public evidence to make the profile useful. Google reviews, photos, and merchant-submitted details strengthen the profile, but they are not required for an initial public listing.
